Flashback!- Halloween post :)

ok- so, I am visiting family in Utah and California and haven't uploaded any pictures yet- but I was thinking about what I still needed to blog and I found THESE pics! Thank heavens I looked back- because I would have missed 1/2 of Halloween!
Jason's AMAZING pumpkin- a Jack Skelington pirate ship- LOVED it!
we went to a fall festival- such fun times :)
It's a comfort to know that if Jason hates being a Dr.- he can be a professional pumpkin carver~
Josh's AMAZING ALLIGATOR- wow- the talent in my family is unreal!
enjoying a Hallow's Eve cookie :)
Emmy loved carving this year- I loved her apron.
Last year we carved a Dominican pumpkin/squash- which was green-
and last year, Jason was studying for a mini- so it was just 11 month old Ems and I - wow what a difference a year makes!
this year, we were in America, carving orange pumpkins, with my family, and Emmy loved every second-
she thought that the seeds and the "gucky guts" were the very coolest part~
J was excited to again join in the festivities!
I thought this pic with Uncle Josh- might just be the cutest picture ever!

kissing the pumpkin...
I would title this picture "Halloween Delight" :)

OH the little cutie!

Emmy's favorite word right now is a toss up between- no, here you go and I love you- but whatever mood she may be in- she is just too cute!
Chewing gum and all- most definatly her favorite thing...
She also loves to be "silly"- whether it is striking a funny pose~
Or singing in this strange low voice (that sounds a LOT like the giant from Mickey and the Beanstalk) while making a strange face- she is a delight!

Major progress (thank heavens that Emmerson loves bunnies!)

Emmy found a Disney character who she isn't horrified of- you guessed it- Thumper and Mrs. Bunny!!
I don't know why the obsession with rabbits in general- but I'm getting excited for Easter-
Emmy not only posed for the picture- she HUGGED each of them and then tried to follow them "home to check on their babies" when they needed their 10 minute water break- bless Disney's workers' hearts...
Friendly Pluto however~ remains enemy #1.

Weirdy Wednesday on Thursday- story of my life...

Ems still just lays down anywhere- and I MEAN anywhere- here she is on the SAFARI RIDE at Disney's Animal Kingdom- yes that CRAZY, bumpy ride.
Here she is resting in the doorway- gotta love this little quirkster.
Emmy also loves to sit in containers right now- here she is helping me with the laundry at Amber's house.
and here she is during our move from Miami- we have gotten pretty good at moving these past years and Emmy now just sits back and relaxes- wondering where her new home will be :)

Ella- one of our favorite girlies!

This picture pretty much sums up our feelings for Ella Moody- she is Emmy's very best friend and we have LOVED our time with her :) see you soon in rotations Ella- we will miss you until then :)

Disney = JOY!

Emmy is starting to LOVE all things princess- HOORAY! imagine how CUTE this pic will be when she is in her princess wear with her hair done- to DIE for!
Cinderella's Castle- there are no words.

Baking with Emmy...

Nakey baking is the way to go-
Emmy is a BUSY- but GREAT cook :)
Here she is pretend baking with her Princess bakeware- yet again topless- inappropriate.
Not my mixing utensil of choice- but she was having sooo much fun :)

Christmas at Epcot!

My FAVORITE gingerbread house...and family!- We went to the Candlelight Processional- Disney's VERY best Christmas program- Emmy loved it- the music was amazing.
Ems and Uncle Josh-
Check out this ingredients list-
Epcot at Christmas time makes me so happy! (and also think that I am one of the Incredibles- judging from my stance...)

30 weeks~7.5 months

Soooo excited about seeing the airline workers' faces when I board the plane 2 weeks from now- HA!

Weirdy Wednesday...

LOVE this pic...
Don't judge me-- EVERYONE has found their child doing this-- and thankfully, this was on Amber's imaculate floor... I DO understand that not everyone takes a pic of this...
SO- I am printing my blog out to become a book some time- therefore the rest of this post is FYI for me to remember and for Grandparents to enjoy- if you aren't in the mood for details- please just enjoy the above pictures :)
Favorite Emmy pronunciations:
gentle-cheeeen tal
birthday- birday
excuse me- me mee
come here- meeeeeah
guya- this just meant anything that she didn't like "hilarious"
almost- almoe
the clean up song- "keen up keen up oh oh keen up keen up"
I'm sorry- I saucy
there- they ah
potty- (she says this soooo adorably= she furrows her brow and says all sad and high potty potty)
*everything Emmy says tends to be in a sweet high voice- or a strange low voice to make us laugh
**Emmy sounds like she has lived in New York her whole life- she has the STRONGEST accent- she sounds like a taxi cabby

Fun at the beach~

We got to go the beach with Auntie Amber the other evening- Emmy has LOVED her time with Amber- they are best friends and we have ADORED our two weeks as roomies- thanks again Amber.
I love this dress from Booky- but HATE it because she looks so old- waaaaa-
She had the best time at the beach- we ran round...
played in the sand and water-
and we found shells- and enjoyed the beautiful night :)

We LoVe Hatchling Tales!

At the Loggerhead State Park- they have a sea turtle rehab area AND Hatchling Tales (Ocean themed story time!)
they had a whole nest full of hatchlings that are the cuttest things on earth-
they also have these fun things that Emmy loves to climb on, help other children climb on, and jump off of- she is CRAZY!
She loved the little turtles and I loved her hair- so life was GREAT.
Emmy got to sing songs about sharks, hear stories about sharks AND make a shark fin- she runs around the house singing the "Jaws DAAAAA- DA- DAAAAA- DA " ditty and "scaring" those around her :)

Weirdy Wednesday

Yes- I had a black eye- for like 2 weeks...Emmy smashed my cheeckbone with her steel forehead~nice.

This isn't weird- it's just cute- Emmy's life is pushing her stroller.

I told Emmy to make a "cute face" this is what we got...

also not for WW but such a cute little bummy.

The lip gloss obsession continues.

Emmy loves my wallet and the many things in it- I loved her in this dress and thought her hair was especially cute that day- and the bottom left is a "smile" face- for real!
