BYU Roomie Reunion!!!

Savanah and Ems playing-- a new generation of best friends-- so cute!
 Alisa using her mothering skills--
 Annie using her mothering skills-
Enjoying lunch poolside courtesy of Alisa-- LOVE that girl!  Let's just say it was a PARRTAY--
I enjoyed every precious moment-- from the kid coffer filling baby breakdowns to Thai sans kids and laughing at comments like "you can't come back from that"-- it was GRAND-- Tiff Clark was sorely missed--- but with Annie in residency, Amanda's hubs finishing his last wk of residency and planning their move to Nebraska in 3 wks, Alisa running the entire internet in NY and Jason in rotations-- we can't all get to exotic foreign places!  What a fun time-- is was sooo lucky that we got to have it!
The bathing beauties-- love it!

Ellie's First Golf experience.

Here she is putting for the first time---
 excitedly watching the ball roll~
clapping for herself as she ran down the green and straight to the hole-- where she just knew her ball would be-- it wasn't and she was shocked-- but she tried to putt it again-- and finished by picking it up and dropping it into the hole-- my kind of golfer!

Memorial Day 2012-

We went to eat at Moe's  ($5.55 burrito, chips and a Drink) whoot whoot!-- Emmy's frog of course had to join us...here is being comforted~
here he is being serenaded to.
Isn't she just the prettiest little thing!
 and speaking of CUTE~
Look at this little flirty flirt!

We went miniature golfing afterwards-- let's just say it was a party--- note the little ball hoarder over above.
After the first putt-- Emmy spent the rest of the time doing this...
We made a whole new version of the game-- I call it crazy golf- because to get the 1st putt- we had to throw a different ball so that Elles could chase it-- the movement of the putted ball would then catch her eagle eye-- and her attention was immediately captured...
We then had to run as fast as we could to get to our ball before Ellie got to it...and put it in the hole for us.
needless to say~ we had pretty high scores... that's what happens when you are running and hitting the ball before taking aim.

 "don't hit me Mom!"- Emmy
"I'm just Ariel-- I don't have balls!"- Emmy

Ellie thought she would like to be like her sister.

Puppy lovers!

We have some super nice friends who had us over for a BBQ-- they have 2 dogs-- the girls were in HEAVEN!!!!
Emmy calling to the dogs-- what she did the whole time she wasn't touching them.
 seriously?!

19.5 weeks with Callahan Fox

my hair was cute that day- soooooo I had J take this pic-- when I'm 20 wks-- we'll have a real update!

Cocoons-- Crysilis time!!!

Yep- they've made their "beds" as Emmy calls them--
The tricky part is that after they make them- they have to be transferred to a bigger container--
thank HEAVENS Jason is in surgery right now-- thanks to his steady hands- the transfer was successful!
The most fascinating and SICKEST part of this experience is that the caterpillars pop off their heads as they make these cocoons-- yep- GROSS-- but as usual-- so intriguing to the girls!

The caterpillars are HERE!!!!!

They MADE it!!!! After waiting for a week-- literally checking the door hourly and leaving a note EVERY time we left the house-- our much anticipated guests have arrived--
and they are HUGE!!! The idiot mailman left them in the mailbox--- yes-- the box that arrived is pictured above-- and I feel pretty obvious...
Emmy is over the moon-- not only because they HUGE-- but mostly because they are alive ;)
This is how we spend most of our time these days.
 Just observing and LOVING...
Oh-- and this is how they crawl-- it was even better in real life...

 They also poop!
And to think-- just 2 short years ago-- Emmy's was having her first caterpillar experience!

Neither here nor there...

I saw this hair on pinterest and loved it-- so I tried it on Emmy-- and loved it more!
This is our nearest library-- and no- I'm not joking-- its a gorgeous estate home that was donated by 2 sons after their mother died- ps, this is the back of it-- seriously-- when we walk in-- the librarian (Miss Betty or Miss Cathy) says "hello Emmy! How are you today?!" I LOVE it here.

undies x2

There is nothing cuter in the world than little hineys in undieroos...
Elles apparently agrees- and insists that I put some on her every morning-- I put them over her diapers- obviously.
Undies bring out the crazy in Miss Ems~ and the pure adorableness in Elles.
