it was so heavy- our native friend Ian brought it for us with 4 lobster- isn't he great!- he wanted to "throw it on the pavement" so that he could give us what was inside to eat- WHAT?! obviously I vetoed that plan and boiled the whole thing- Ian thought I was crazy and he and his friend just kept laughing at my horrified expression...

Kay, seriously? What are you trying to do to my tender stomach? I demand a post of nice pretty chocolate or something-- nothing that used to have a heartbeat and no boiling and cutting.
Does Jamie know she'll have to send you the chocolates?? ha!
That is one ugly creature though! I thought it would be a little slip of a thing-that was a monster!!!! How fun and exciting to learn all this cool stuff and have these experiences! I love it!
you crazy island girl!
That is intense. Honestly???
The shell is amazing though!
ha ha your mom is so funny I was thinking the same thing about the chocolate when I saw Jamie's post ha but yes you are learning such fun new things and PS Jason is so lucky to have you because if I was there I wouldn't know what to do and I don't think i'd ever eat lol. You know me...i'm not so in to fish and those sorts of things:)
What a taste bud delight. Knowledge is part of food storage.
Shortages are few when you know what to do.
The fun is always how and what you make of the game.
Looking good girl.
That is insane! i'm like nicole on the not knowing what to do! poor justin would have to come home and cook himself dinner because i'd be to scared my food would fight back! i love fish though so seeing these delicious things you guys eat makes me oh so hungry!!
Hey I REALLY like your family picture up top!! You (as usual) look so pretty and same w/ Emmy. Jason... well, I don't think he would like me to say he looks pretty, but you ALL look great!
