Jason flew in at midnight- because Outback was no longer open- I had picked up take out beforehand- let's just say I have never seen my husband so happy- the camera didn't capture the tears- but I think there were some- besides a rare steak, bleu cheese chopped salad and walkabout soup- he also had thinly sliced pepperjack cheese and deli turkey waiting for him in the car- what a life! :)
I loved the reunion of these two- look at J's face in the first pic and then Em's face in the second- it's scary... but Emmy was sooooooo excited to see her Daddy and all day long (which was a long day considering that he flew in at midnight) Emmy would see an airplane and then scream "hi Daddy hi!!!!" so cute!

YAY to be together again! So she is a much better fisherman than her daddy... most of their years they went without catching anything!
I am so sad I missed the reunion (I know i wasn't invited) but I can imagine there were tears. You can close that chapter of your life. Congrats.
