Emmy wanted her standard request - one braid-- so we spiced it up a bit.
Poor Callan-- with an abundance of girls toys-- and not so many manly "things that go vroom" he is forced to push around books... At least I know what he wants for Christmas!

We went to visit daddy at work-- it was a very fun time!
The "beast" as the girls were convinced it is called... I corrected then several times-- but it always reverted to their beast. Whatever. Our friends were kind enough to invite us over to their house for a heavenly beast (feast) -- Delish!!! Great food and great friends-- I am so thankful for friends who are there even when family is far away!
And the night ended like this-- my sleeping angel boy in my arms and the girls in their daddy's arms-- we have so much to be thankful for.
