Emmy's special braided hair photo shoot--and quotes

"I'm not ready for happiness yet -
because I just woke up."

"here's the plan- catch an owl, and a bunny- wait! We need gloves because owls have claws- so get some gloves- THEN catch an owl"- Emmy

Emmy's breakfast requests.. "lobsters, fries, chicken nuggets, shrimp or a pop tart"

I asked ems what snack she wanted at church tomorrow and this is the following convo- "I want crapnuts!"- em. "what?! Crapnuts- are you sure?"-me "yes, I'm sure- I LOVE crapnuts." - em "hmmm have you had then before?"- me mind racing... And then "wait- do you mean peanuts?"- me. "yea- I love peanuts!"- ems

Emmy wanted some candy- so I handed her 3 candy corns and she exclaimed "3! Because I'm 3?! You get over here!" then she lip kissed me- I love her ;)

"If you poop on me I will not love you and I will never hold you again...DON'T!!!!"- Emmy (talking to her new pet caterpillar)

"I want to sleep in a big bed- I want to eat pizza- I can't see my foot- why is is dark?!" - Emmy (fighting sleep and loosing her mind in pure whiney glory- as we drive home)

"I didn't want you to get sick-that's way I bringed you this yummy apple! Eat your brains out-just eat."- Emmy- oh how I love that little character ;)

For those of you who are my FB friends-- you've already read the quotes-- but I wanted them in the book I make this blog into someday ;) She really is such a little CUTIE GIRL-- and we BOTH love a good photo shoot ;)

and just so you don't think I forgot about Ellie Belly-- here she is-- she was a SICKIE last week and you can tell from the little puffy eyes-- but still smiling-- I love this girl!

and for some more cuteness- seriously?! edible. *also Sept 14th-- Ellie pooped in the potty for the first time!! and not even 20 months-- she is a koo koo!

Callahan Fox! 36 weeks

Emmy was amazing enough to take these pics for me-- and yes-- she has an EYE!

here we are- 36 weeks and counting-- the induction date was set for the 10th until yesterday when they switched it to the 9th-- hopefully I'll go in late-- I really like 10-10 as a b day-- but beggars can't be choosers-- here's hoping my cervix is favorable and that is the date that sticks! We are getting so excited!! I'm huge but not miserable-- and he is a busy little guy- Emmy can feel him move and the other night when he was kicking her even heard him cry ;) Ellie kisses him all of the time and LOVES to see pics of "him" on babycenter.

The Apple Farm--

For my Birthday we went to an Apple Farm-- Jason had the day off-- which was the best present ever-- the girls LOVED the cider--

They also loved the John Deere tractor tricycle course...

and the highlight-- Mr. Bee's 3 D adventure-- the only thing at the place that had a steep ticket price of $2-- it was WORTH it!!! mostly because we got to keep the glasses... Ellie also was terrified of this-- why?- whp knows!

A Wisconsin Weekend!

For my birthday weekend we drove to WISCONSIN to see my Grammy, Papa and Uncle John-- Ellie and Papa Jiggs were in love from the start-- something that doesn't often happen.

we enjoyed Papa's gorgeous house.

Emmy and Jason caught a monster frog!

I love frogs-- but WI are the best-- hands down.

You know you want to be frog belonging to the Frederick family... Emmy and Ellie gave him these beautiful flowers for a habitat. The sad news is that Emmy decided to peek at him while in the car-- he leaped out causing utter chaos while I was backing up in the parking lot of my Emmy Papa's old shop-- in the havoc, I ran into a stone wall-- lowering the resale of our car even more, by scratching the bumper... nice-- the rotten frog then jumped out the door and into the Cedarburg creek... seriously.

We got to visit Grammy Lloyd at her nursing home-- she loved the girls.

Uncle John suddenly loves kids too- or at least tolerates them EXTREMELY well.
