our new rug!!!

Emmy picking out headbands this morning- a favorite past time...

we had a late night party last night- she got up at midnight to see if Daddy had made it home from studying yet (he hadn't) so I took a few pics of a VERY tired Emmers on our new rug!

The GREAT thing about the rug (we bought it from a family that is leaving- waaa) is that -HOPEFULLY- Emmy won't have so many bruises on her little head!

the other great thing is that for some reason it made our house really cute- funny because I'm not normally a fan of persian type rugs...

also Emmy wants to snorkel- we'll have to get her a set of her own soon enough!

Emmy says...

"look at this fun thing of hair elastics"

"why can't I open it? why! why?"

"Fine I'll just suck on it"

"maybe I could pry it open"

"nope I'll just have to explore the outside with my tongue"

oh the faces she makes!

How can you not love it?!

I know the flower is bigger than her head- but I thought she looked so cute and I love this little "eyes closed" look.

fun with stairs!

she didn't fall- Jason was just showing her that she could fall= she didn't love it.

Emmy and I got to go to dinner with the Ross Spouse Organization- it was fun- she was sooo tired though- more pics to come... poor Jason studied for the last mini and for the comp... the mini is next week- and the comp the week after that- so say special prayers!

electricity and starfish--

ok so this is our power meter-- you may note that it says 0.0 = we had no power (why there is a rotten little happy face mocking us there no one knows)... the funny thing is that I went to the store to buy more and couldn't- because there was no power there- ha! don't worry after 6 plus hours everything is great and I am on my computer :)

ok so the story starts with the black and white one at the bottom (they aren't in order) then it goes to this one above, then the one right above the black and white, then the one right under us. It was funny beacause she had Mr. Starfish and loved him- then a wave came= she thought she could save him (Ironically from his life giving water) and herself- but she couldn't so as the water got higher she abandoned him- so cute :)
